6 Weeks to Wellness will incorporate habit building and stacking, a hypertrophy based workout program, self-set goals each day, and guidance when it comes to the realm of nutrition. It starts September 23rd and the first webinar will be on September 29th at 8am EST.
Together we will set your sleep goals, hydration goals, activity goals, and personal goals. You'll track these in a customized shared spreadsheet so Hailey can review it. You will have access to 3 group coaching Zoom Webinar Calls throughout the 6 weeks.
The first one will be focused on training & nutrition, with opportunity to ask questions at the end and then a mini brainstorm at the end to choose the next webinar topic. Webinars will be recorded and distributed to those who sign up the live session time cannot be attended.
